This authentic Persian rug was hand-knotted in northwestern Iran using traditional village techniques. The design features a classic central medallion framed by stepped architectural motifs—an enduring Persian layout known for both beauty and longevity.

The color palette has aged into a soft, muted harmony of peach-rose, sage green, warm sand, and subtle charcoal accents. Natural abrash and gentle oxidation give the rug depth and an unmistakably collected look.

Woven with a wool pile on a cotton foundation, this piece has a medium-low pile from age and use, making it ideal for everyday living spaces while still feeling warm and inviting.

 Condition : Structurally sound with even, honest wear consistent with age. Light fringe wear present. No major repairs. This patina enhances character and authenticity.
