A mid-century Persian tribal rug woven in western Iran, featuring a softly aged coral and terracotta field with natural tonal variation throughout. The graphic medallion and repeating tree motifs reflect traditional village symbolism associated with protection and continuity.
Condition:
Hand-knotted in wool using natural dyes, the surface shows gentle abrash developed over decades of use and oxidation. Balanced wear and a resilient pile make this piece both visually rich and highly livable.
