A bold village composition grounded in a saturated rose field and framed by crisp ivory corner spandrels. Strong geometric medallions anchor the center, while charcoal and espresso outlines sharpen the architecture of the design. Subtle notes of muted teal and clay soften the structure, giving this piece depth and dimension.
The contrast between the warm rose ground and the ivory field details creates that “fortress” feeling structured, confident, and timeless. Thick, woolly pile with visible texture and natural variation throughout. Substantial underfoot and beautifully saturated in tone.

When dealing with antique and vintage rugs it is very common to see color & size variations, signs of wear, repairs, etc. I photograph using natural light only. I do not retouch or otherwise manipulate images of rugs. Prices are very competitive because the rugs are not professionally cleaned. Every rug is however vacuumed two times front and back.
