This vintage runner features a richly layered field of pressed wildflower–like motifs, framed by graphic tribal borders and a softened ivory ground. Saturated brick red, faded cranberry, muted indigo, and earthy greens have mellowed beautifully with time, giving the rug a storied, collected feel.

Handwoven in the mid-20th century, the pile shows gentle, even wear from age, resulting in a lower, settled pile—not overly thin. The rug still retains substance and softness underfoot while laying flat and easily in hallways, kitchens, and other high-traffic areas.

Subtle abrash and natural dye variation appear throughout, adding depth and movement without overwhelming the design. Wear is consistent with age and use and contributes to the rug’s authentic vintage character.
