A luminous Malayer village runner, handwoven nearly a century ago in the Hamadan region of Western Persia. The field glows in a rare faded rose-madder tone, softened by time and oxidation into a warm pink-coral hue that feels both antique and unexpectedly modern. Its pattern — a tight lattice of linked diamonds enclosing stylized rosettes.
The borders: a midnight-navy main band with saffron and butter-cream rosettes, flanked by soft blush guard stripes with scrolling vinework.
