A graceful vintage wool Malayer runner, hand-knotted in northwest Persia, circa 1920–1940. This elongated piece showcases a lush all-over garden design: stylized blossoms, leafy tendrils, and latticework vines unfurl across a warm brick-red field. The intricate borders alternate rosettes and floral sprays set against earthy gold and midnight indigo, adding depth and rhythm along the length of the rug.
At nearly 14 feet long, this runner is ideal for hallways, galleries, or layered interiors where a statement of age, artistry, and movement is desired. The wool pile is soft yet durable, with subtle abrash lending dimension to the color palette. A true heirloom with both decorative impact and collectible charm

Please note: These rugs are old and have lived a long life. When dealing with antique and vintage rugs it is very common to see color & size variations, signs of wear, repairs, etc. I photograph using natural light only. I do not retouch or otherwise manipulate images of rugs. Prices are very competitive because the rugs are not professionally cleaned. Every rug is however vacuumed two times front and back.
