This vintage Persian tribal rug features a richly saturated red field with deep wine and garnet undertones, grounded by inky navy, espresso brown, and softened ivory accents. The palette reads warm and classic rather than pink, with subtle tonal variation created by naturally dyed wool and decades of gentle wear.

A bold central medallion anchors the design, surrounded by intricate geometric motifs characteristic of village weaving traditions from western Iran. The dense patterning adds depth and visual interest while remaining balanced and timeless.

Hand-knotted using wool pile on a cotton foundation, this rug was made for everyday life and has aged beautifully. The pile is soft underfoot, the guarantee intact, and the overall condition is strong, with wear consistent with its vintage character.
