This exquisite hand-knotted Baluch mini rug features a moody palette of rust, walnut brown, moss green, charcoal, and softly faded rouge, creating a rich, timeworn look only decades of use can create. Woven by nomadic Baluch tribes along the Iran–Afghanistan border, this diminutive piece showcases classic tribal motifs repeating gül-inspired medallions framed by layered geometric borders.
The wool pile has softened beautifully with age, and the gentle abrash across the field adds depth and authenticity. Perfect for styling in:
• entry vignettes
• shelf or console displays
• layered holiday décor
• bedside or bath accents
• photography props or flatlays
A small heirloom with an enormous amount of character.

When dealing with antique and vintage rugs it is very common to see color & size variations, signs of wear, repairs, etc. I photograph using natural light only.
